The Chromatic Code will state and issue the first rules of Team Chromatic to make sure that everyone has fair rules and fair chances inside Team Chromatic. These rules are voted on upon both owners, and both owners agree that these are the best rules for the team. When you read this document and join Team Chromatic, you are agreeing to all of these terms and conditions and you agree to not break any of them.
The Members Rules
*Rules are not in specific order of importance*
Rule 1)
Discriminatory or any harmful content, actions, or words towards any religious, ethnicity, or opinions, especially towards anyone on the team, is prohibited and will result in punishment depending on the circumstances.
Rule 2)
Purposeful false information or content is prohibited. Spreading false information will give people the wrong ideas about specific topics which breaks trust and other factors in the community. There are some exceptions.
Rule 3)
No stealing content from anyone, this includes people in and outside of Team Chromatic. Make sure to give credit when needed and make sure you own the rights before using assets. Stealing videos or other content is prohibited and may result in a ban from Team Chromatic.
Rule 4)
No cheating in events. Ensure that you know, read, and recheck the rules before entering or reentering any events. This punishment may result in a ban from Team Chromatic or any of its events if it’s found to be purposeful and/or repeated. If purposely repeated, you will be unable to repeal and be banned from Team Chromatic, its events, and even the SMP. Do not cheat.
Rule 5)
Unless asked about it, you are not allowed to comment on unfortunate current events or anything going on in the world that is political. The reason this rule exists is so Team Chromatic does not get a bad reputation for an opinion of a member/former member.
Rule 6)
If you are booted from Team Chromatic for any reason, you are not allowed to talk about confidential information about the team members or about the team itself. If you happen to start slandering the team/team members and/or talk about confidential information about the team/team members, you will forever be banned from Team Chromatic events, the team itself, and anything that is involved with Team Chromatic. This is repealable depending on the severity.
The Owners Limits
These rules apply to the owners and the owners only. If you catch any owners doing anything to break these rules, please inform the other owner.
Limit 1)
When making any amends/decisions or scheduling events, run it by all owners/hosts before going through with it. This ensures that we have trust within the team and abolishes confusion.
Limit 2)
Make sure to punish/persecute people correctly without bias. No unfair or unruly punishments as it would cause distrust among the community and distrust among the team.
Limit 3)
Owners are bound to follow the regular members' rules too. Failure to do so will most likely result in termination of being a chromatic owner.
Limit 4)
New owners must be agreed upon by the majority of the team. They will be put in a training phase before becoming an official owner. If members dislike the owners decisions during the training stage, their ownership will be revoked and another person will be chosen.
Hibernation System
The Hibernation System can happen in two ways. The minor version where it only happens to specific people within Team Chromatic, or the major version where it happens to the entire team. If the team or someone on the team gets stuck in some sort of controversy, anyone involved will be put into hibernation, which means they won’t be able to post anything in Team Chromatics name until the controversy has ended. This is also another form of punishment. There will be times, due to inactivity, where the owner(s) will temporarily put the entire team on hibernation to give everyone rest.
Badge System
Team Chromatic members have a chance of gaining special badges for both content creation and gaming.
Content Badge)
The ‘Content Badge’ is given to Team Chromatic members that have high quality video content. This goes in video resolution, plot, views, and even audio quality.
Pyro Badge)
The ‘Pyro Badge’ is given to Team Chromatic members and fans who have talent in their gaming ability. This will depend on the game. For example: Minecraft Pyro Badge. This will give them a good chance of getting into the Pyrochromatic program.
Honor Badge)
This is given to anyone who is honored by Team Chromatic. Whether a heroic act or most likely a former retired member of Team Chromatic will get this badge.
Major System
This section is to add rules after this is signed. Everyone will vote whether the ‘Major’ (Basically an amendment) will go through. The vote will have to get over 50% to go through and be assigned to this document. If both sides of the vote get the same amount of votes, the owner(s) will decide whether or not it is added.

The Full House Limitations Major)
This Major adds a member cap to Team Chromatic. It sets the maximum members to 20 so that Team Chromatic is big but not too big.

The Repealability Major)
Any punishment received from a TC Manager or anyone else with authority in the group can be repealed at any point by messaging an owner if they have the capacity to. This overrides any previous statement anywhere in the Chromatic Code that says that that rule cannot be repealed.
